Decor is the first thing guests see and the background of every photo. We plan wedding decoration in Lahore for each function as one look: colour and marigolds for the mehndi, a grand stage for the barat and soft florals for the walima. We visit your venue first, so the setup fits the space.
A strong setup starts with the hall or marquee, not the catalogue. Ceiling height, stage width, the walk from the entrance and where the photographer stands decide what will look good. A decorator who visits the venue first gets better results with fewer flowers, and you pay for less.
Each function needs its own feel, but the whole wedding should look like one story. We pick a colour family for the shadi and change the mood for each night, so the album holds together from the dholki to the walima.
Many Lahore halls run two functions a day, so setup has to fit a tight gap. We plan the order of work, bring a crew sized for the job and agree the start time with the hall manager in advance.
The look changes with each function. These are the setups families book most.
Yellows and greens, marigold strings, parandas, a jhoola or takht, floor seating and colour lights.
A grand stage with drapes and florals, a lit entry walk and a welcome arch for the baraat.
A floral canopy over the nikah table, with seating for both families.
White and pastel florals, soft lights and a family photo corner.
Weather and flower supply change what works in each season.
Lawn mehndis under fairy lights work well. From November, smog dims outdoor setups, so we add more lighting.
Peak season. Fresh flowers cost more and book early. Outdoor setups need side walls and heaters that fit the decor.
Good flower supply and mild evenings. Spring storms mean outdoor decor needs a covered plan.
Heat wilts fresh flowers fast, so we set them up last and use more artificial pieces. July rain needs covered stages.
Book fresh flower decor for December weddings at least two to three months ahead.
Book the parts you need. Each one is quoted on its own.
Floral frames, fabric panels, the couple's sofa and a stage floor matched to the theme. We design the stage around the camera, so it looks right from the photographer's position as well as from the guests.
Marigold strings, parandas, colourful umbrellas, a jhoola or takht for the bride, floor seating with gao takiyas and colour lights for the dance floor.
Floral arches, lanterns, petals and a lit path for the bridal entry and the baraat welcome.
Motia strings and roses on the bed, candles or warm lights, ready before the rukhsati car leaves the venue.
Flowers on the bonnet and ribbons on the mirrors, fixed so nothing flies off on the Canal Road, fitted without tape marks.
Fairy light canopies, warm uplights on trees, lit stages and house lights for the shadi week, sized to the generator.
Table cloths, chair covers, centrepieces and the head table for the dinner area.
The same team decorates engagements, aqiqas, birthdays and office events in Lahore.
Book any of these with your event, and one planner coordinates all of them on the same timeline.
Photographers for every function, working to your running order with an agreed family photo list.
Wedding and event catering, BBQ, hi tea and live stations, with serving times planned into the event.

| Ask this | A good answer | A warning sign |
|---|---|---|
| Will you visit our hall first? | Yes, with a date for the visit. | They quote from a photo. |
| Which flowers are fresh? | A list by area: stage, entrance, tables. | "Mostly fresh." |
| How long is setup? | A time that fits the hall gap. | They do not know the hall timing. |
| Can we reuse pieces across functions? | Yes, with a plan to restyle the stage. | Every function priced as new. |
| Who removes the decor? | Their team, at a set time. | The hall or your family. |
Decor is where wedding prices vary most, because one stage can use ten times the flowers of another. We do not publish fixed wedding decoration package prices, because a package built for one hall rarely fits another. We quote each function in rupees, part by part, so you can see the cost of the stage, the entrance and the tables.
To save, put fresh flowers where guests and cameras are close and use good artificial flowers elsewhere, and reuse one stage frame across the mehndi and the walima. The price depends on:

Use fresh flowers where guests and cameras are close: the stage, the entrance and the head table. Good artificial flowers work for the back of the hall and the walls. A mix gives most of the look at a lower cost.
