This policy explains what information Dream Event Planners collects when you use dreameventplanners.pk or contact us, and how we use it.

What you share with us

When you call, WhatsApp or email us, you may share your name, phone number, email, event date, venue, guest count and budget. We use these details only to reply to you, prepare a quote and plan your event.

The contact form

The quote form on our contact page does not send your details to our servers. It opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.

Who we share details with

We share only what is needed with the vendors working on your event, such as the venue address and timings with our decor team or caterer. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

What this website collects

This website does not use its own tracking cookies or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps basic technical logs such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and working. Pages with a map load Google Maps, and our fonts load from Google Fonts. These services may collect technical data under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep details

We keep event details for as long as we need them to plan and invoice your event, and for our normal business records after that.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time.
