Good decor makes a hall feel like your event, not the one before it. Our event decoration in Islamabad covers the stage, flowers, entrance, tables and lights as one design, for weddings, birthdays and company events. Send us the venue and a few reference pictures, and we reply with a plan.
Many events get a beautiful stage and then nothing else: bare tables, a plain entrance and a gate that looks like any other night. Guests notice the gap, and so do the photos. We design the decor as one look, from the gate to the stage, so every corner that ends up in a picture belongs to the same event.
We start with your venue and budget, then decide where the decor makes the most difference. For a large hall that is usually the stage, the entrance and the family tables. For a home it is the gate, the lawn and one feature wall. We would rather do fewer things well than spread the budget thin.
The same team handles every kind of event decor.
Mehndi, barat, nikah and walima stages, entrances and table decor.
Shadi house lights, gate decor, lawn setups and the bridal room.
Birthdays, engagements, bridal and baby showers, with themes and balloons.
Stages, branded backdrops and table decor for launches and dinners.
Flowers, fabrics and lighting all change with the weather here.
Mild weather keeps fresh flowers looking good for longer. A great time for outdoor floral arches and lawn setups.
Peak season, so good flowers and decor teams book up. Cold nights suit heavier fabrics, warm lights and enclosed marquees.
Spring flowers are plentiful and good value. Outdoor decor needs covers ready for sudden rain.
Heat wilts fresh flowers quickly, so we use heat tolerant blooms, add artificial pieces for large walls and keep fresh flowers cool until setup.
We tell you honestly which flowers will last on your date, and suggest good artificial options where fresh ones will not.

Stages for mehndi, barat, walima, engagements and corporate events, with floral frames, fabric panels, backdrops, sofas and stage floors. We design each stage around the camera and the venue, and prebuild panels so they fit short hall setup windows.
Fresh roses, motia, genda and seasonal flowers, or good quality artificial flowers, used on stages, entrances, tables and cars. We mix fresh and artificial where it makes sense, so the flowers close to the couple are real and the budget still works.
Floral arches, lit walkways, welcome boards and gate decor that set the tone before guests reach the stage. For farmhouses we also light the lane and the parking so guests find the entrance easily.
Centrepieces, runners, chair covers and sashes that match the stage colours, placed low so guests can see and talk across the table.
The bridal room decorated with motia strings, roses, candles and warm lights, timed to be ready before the rukhsati car reaches home.
Flowers and ribbons on the rukhsati car, fixed firmly for the drive and fitted without marking the paint on family cars.
Shadi house lights, gate decor and lawn setups for the whole wedding week, with lights sized for the house and the power supply.
Themes for birthdays, showers and engagements, carried through backdrops, tables and balloon work.
Book any of these with your event, and one planner coordinates all of them on the same timeline.
Photographers for every function, working to your running order with an agreed family photo list.
Highlight films, full coverage and clean audio for the nikah and speeches, planned with the photographer.
Wedding and event catering, BBQ, hi tea and live stations, with serving times planned into the event.
Marquees, shamianas, side walls, flooring, chairs and heaters for farmhouses, lawns and rooftops.
Speakers, mics, mixers and DJs for mehndis, qawalis and corporate events, with a technician on site.
Balloon arches, garlands, walls and ceiling balloons for birthdays, showers and corporate events.
House lights, fairy light canopies, stage lighting and uplights for shadi homes, marquees and halls.
Most Islamabad halls come with standard decor. Here is how we make yours feel like your own event.
Guests walk in and it feels like your event from the door.
How we work: Dream Event Planners plans and runs your event. We bring trusted decorators, caterers, sound teams and photographers, or work with the ones you already booked, and one planner manages all of them against a written timeline. Read more about us.
It depends on the venue size, the flowers, the stage and how many areas you decorate. A home setup costs much less than a full hall with a floral stage and entrance. Send us the venue and your ideas, and we reply with an itemised quote.
Fresh flowers look and smell better up close but cost more and wilt in the heat. Artificial flowers cost less and suit large walls. Most setups mix both: fresh near the couple, artificial further away.
