Photographers who follow your running order
Most wedding photo disappointments have nothing to do with the camera. The photographer was outside when the rukhsati happened, the nikah signing was shot from behind the crowd, or half the family never got their group photo because the stage was never cleared. These are planning problems, and we fix them before the day.
We brief the photographer on the full order of events, agree a family photo list with you, and keep a planner at the stage to call each group up in turn. What we don't do is let the photo session run into dinner. Photos happen fast and in order, and the guests stay happy.

Light and weather for photos in Islamabad
Islamabad light changes a lot through the year, and good photographers plan around it.
October to November
Soft golden light in the late afternoon and clear air after the monsoon. The best season for outdoor couple shoots and lawn functions.
December to February
Short days, with sunset soon after 5 pm, and cold evenings. Outdoor portraits need to happen in the early afternoon, and indoor functions need proper stage lighting.
March to April
Spring blossom and green hills make lovely backdrops, but hazy and rainy days need an indoor backup location.
May to September
Harsh midday sun and monsoon clouds. Shoots move to early morning or the golden hour, and indoor venues need good lighting.
We share sunset times with your photographer when planning the couple shoot, so the portraits happen in the best light of the day.

Wedding photographer
A lead photographer for each function, with an assistant for large barats and walimas. They follow the running order we share, shoot the rasams, the stage and the candid moments, and work through the family photo list with our planner at the stage, so no group is missed.
Female photographer
For families who prefer it, a female photographer for the mehndi, the dholki, the bride getting ready and the ladies' side of the barat. She works alongside the main team, so the coverage feels like one set of photos, not two.
Pre wedding shoot
A couple shoot at a location you choose, such as the Margalla Hills trails, Lake View Park, Saidpur Village or a farmhouse, timed for the golden hour. We check whether the location needs permission and plan the outfits and travel between spots.
Bridal shoot
A dedicated shoot of the bride on the day, with her joora, jewellery and makeup, done before she enters the function, so the photographer is not rushing between the bridal room and the stage.
Event photographer
Birthdays, engagements, qawali nights and corporate events, covered with a mix of candid and posed shots. For companies we shoot the speakers, the audience and the branding, and deliver a quick edit for social media.
Photo albums
Printed albums with a layout you approve, from small family albums to large barat albums, plus a digital gallery you can share with relatives on WhatsApp.
Drone photography
Aerial shots of farmhouse venues, lit marquees and the barat arrival, where the rules allow. Many parts of Islamabad limit drone flights, so we check with the venue and the area rules before the day.
Photo booth

- Ladies' functions. She covers the mehndi, dholki and bridal shower.
- Bridal room. She shoots the bride getting ready, with only close family in the room.
- Private gallery. Ladies' photos can go in a private gallery shared only with the family.
- One style. She edits in the same style as the main team.
- Mixed functions. On mixed days she covers the ladies' side while the main team covers the stage.

How much does wedding photography cost in Islamabad?
It depends on the number of functions, the hours of coverage, the size of the team and whether you want albums or drone shots. Send us your functions and we reply with an itemised quote in rupees for each one.
How many photographers do you need for a Pakistani wedding?
One photographer is enough for a dholki or a small nikah. For a barat or walima with 300 or more guests, a lead photographer and an assistant cover the stage and the candid moments together.

How long do edited photos take?
Usually a few weeks, depending on the number of functions. A handful of selected photos can be shared sooner for social media.

Yes. We plan the spot, the timing for good light and any permission needed.
Do you provide printed albums?
Yes. We design the album layout with you and print it once you approve.
