These terms cover your use of dreameventplanners.pk and the event planning services offered by Dream Event Planners. By using this website or booking with us, you agree to them.

Quotes and bookings

Every quote we send is written and itemised in Pakistani rupees. A date is booked only once you approve the quote and we confirm the booking in writing, by WhatsApp or email. Prices on a quote are valid for the period stated on it.

Changes to your event

You can add or remove items before the event. Any change to the cost is agreed in writing before we act on it, and nothing is added to the final bill without your approval.

Payments and cancellations

Payment terms, including any advance and the balance due date, are set out in your written quote. Cancellation and date change terms are also set out in the quote you approve, since they depend on the vendors and items booked for your event.

Venues and third parties

Many events use venues, caterers, photographers and other vendors, some booked by us and some by you. Each venue's own rules on timings, decor, sound and closing time apply, and we plan within them. Where you book a vendor directly, your agreement is with that vendor.

Weather, power and events outside our control

We plan backups for rain, cold and power cuts, as described in your quote. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, government orders, road closures or venue decisions, but we will work with you on the best alternative.

Photos of our work

We may photograph our setups before guests arrive and use those photos to show our work. We do not publish photos of you, your family or your guests without your permission.

The text and design of this website belong to Dream Event Planners. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy our content to other websites. Information on this website is general and may change. Your written quote is what applies to your event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
