Serving DHA, Gulberg, Model Town, Johar Town, Bahria Town, Cantt and farmhouses on Bedian Road
In Lahore the food is what guests talk about on the way home. We plan catering services in Lahore for weddings, mehndis, birthdays and office events, with a tasting before you book, food served hot and waiters sized to your guest list.
This is a city that eats at Gawalmandi and the Fort Road food street, so guests notice when the qorma is thin or the naan is cold. Good catering starts with the basics: food cooked by the same team you tasted, chafing dishes kept hot, refills timed and enough waiters for the guest count. Live stations and dessert counters only matter once those are right.
Punjab's marriage functions law limits halls to one main dish with rice, naan, salad and a sweet. That makes the one dish more important, not less. We help you pick a main dish that suits the season, the guests and the budget, and plan wider menus for homes and farmhouses where the hall rule does not apply. Check the current rule for your venue and date.
Many Lahore halls have their own in house catering, so check your hall contract before you book an outside caterer. Marquees, farmhouses and homes usually allow outside food.
Each event needs a different menu and service style.
Barat and walima menus within the one dish rule for halls, with kheer, firni or gajar halwa.
Chaat, BBQ, gol gappay and tea stations for home and farmhouse mehndis.
Dinners, aqiqas, milads and dawats at home, with crockery, tables and waiters.
Hi tea, lunch boxes and dinners for meetings, launches and family days.
The weather changes what guests want on their plates.
Guests expect hot dishes: mutton karahi, nihari, soup stations, gajar halwa and hot tea. Food has to stay hot in cold marquees, so we add more chafing dishes.
Mild evenings for BBQ, live stations and outdoor counters.
Lighter menus, cold drinks, lassi and kulfi. Food is cooked closer to serving time so it stays fresh in the heat.
Iftar and sehri catering for families and offices, timed to the minute.
Book catering for December weddings two to three months ahead, when good caterers fill up.
Book a full menu with service, or only the parts you need.
Chicken or mutton qorma, biryani, karahi, roasts and pulao, cooked to the recipe you tasted. We agree the quantity per guest in writing so the food lasts the night.
Tikka, seekh kabab, chapli kabab, halwa puri and pasta counters cooked in front of guests at homes and farmhouses.
Kheer, firni, gajar halwa, gulab jamun, kulfi and ice cream counters, matched to the season.
Sandwiches, samosas, pastries, chicken rolls and tea for birthdays, engagements and office events.
Packed meals for offices, seminars and school events, delivered on time with a count list.
Plates, cutlery, glasses, table cloths, chafing dishes and serving tables.
Trained waiters in uniform, with gloves and caps, sized to your guest count and refilling on a set schedule.
Add decor, sound and photography, and one planner runs the whole event.
Book any of these with your event, and one planner coordinates all of them on the same timeline.

| Ask this | A good answer | A warning sign |
|---|---|---|
| How many waiters for my guest count? | A number, written in the quote. | "Enough waiters." |
| How do you keep food hot? | Chafing dishes and timed refills. | Open trays on the table. |
| What if more guests come? | An agreed buffer and extra per head rate. | Food runs out with no plan. |
| Where is the food cooked? | Their kitchen, open to a visit. | They will not say. |
| Is the tasting the same team? | Same cooks and recipes. | Tasting from a different kitchen. |
Catering is priced per head, and the rate moves with the meat, the number of dishes and the service. Mutton costs more than chicken, and live stations cost more than a buffet. We do not publish a fixed rate list because it changes with your menu and guest count. We quote per head in rupees with the menu and quantities listed.
To save, pick chicken over mutton for the main dish, serve one dessert instead of three, and use a buffet over live stations for large guest lists. The rate depends on:
