Model Town streets are quieter than the newer areas, and most houses have space to park our van inside or right at the gate. The old trees are great for lights but we check the branches before hanging anything heavy. Older wiring means we run lights from our own boards, and we keep a covered verandah or room ready as a backup in the spring months.
