Pindi families throw birthdays with big hearts and bigger guest lists, from the old city to Bahria Town. As your birthday planner in Rawalpindi, our Islamabad team handles the theme, balloons, cake, games and food across the twin cities. Send us your date and area on WhatsApp.
Rawalpindi is a city of contrasts: the crowded old city around Raja Bazaar, the Cantonment and Saddar, older family areas like Satellite Town, and the newer gated societies of Bahria Town and DHA on the edges. Birthdays look different in each, but one thing stays the same: family comes first, and the elders expect a seat and a proper meal.
In older areas, parties happen in drawing rooms, on rooftops and in local halls, because houses are close together and lawns are rare. In the newer societies, lawns and basements make bigger themed parties easier.
Our Islamabad team covers Rawalpindi daily, and plenty of our birthdays are split across the twin cities, with the family in one and the venue in the other.

Pindi kids love a big theme. These are the ones we plan most here.
For fans of the Pindi Stadium, with a pitch backdrop and team colours.
A city skyline backdrop and a hero training course.
A castle backdrop, crowns and a throne chair.
Animal props and greenery, a nod to a family day at Ayub Park.
A race track table and chequered flags.
Warm lights, a long table and music.
Soft colours, a cake smash corner, seating for grandparents and a party timed around the baby's nap.
A cartoon or hero theme, a games host, a magic show or jumping castle, and a short, busy party of two to three hours.
Sports days, science shows, gaming corners and treasure hunts that keep older kids competing.
Movie nights, glow parties, rooftop dinners and surprise parties with music and a photo corner.
Backdrop, table, signs and props in the theme your child picks, carried through the whole room.
Arches, garlands, walls and number balloons on proper frames, so they stay up through the party.
A dressed table for the cake, cupcakes and sweets, set up for photos, with delivery timed after setup.
Games hosts, magic shows, face painting and jumping castles, chosen for the age of the kids and the space.
A photographer for the cake cutting, the games and family groups, and a short video for relatives.
Kids meals, hi tea for parents or a BBQ for older guests, served on time.

Traffic on Murree Road, the Saddar area and near the old city is heavy most evenings, so our team arrives early and plans parking before unloading. In the older areas we bring compact equipment that fits narrow stairs and gates. For Bahria Town and DHA we share your address and contact with our team for the security gates.
A princess theme for a six year old on a Satellite Town rooftop: a canopy with fairy lights, a castle backdrop, a throne chair, a games host for 30 kids and a cake from a local bakery, with chai and snacks for 25 adults.
